Renovate water tanks

Renovating the existing water tanks so that it can last another 15 years.

The two main water tanks require renovation. The smaller one was still in use and the bigger one wasn't anymore. Both tanks required:

-sanding to remove rust and old paint

-welding aluminium sheets into tanks to prevent leaking

-ground and outside paint so it's sufficient protected against rusting for the years to come
